Human Resources Consultant With 25+ Years of Experience 
A native of Niagara Falls, NY, Jeannine Brown Miller started JBM HR Consulting, Inc in 2007. Over the course of her career as a Human Resources Executive, Jeannine has lead Human Resources departments, overseeing payroll operations, compensation, benefit administration, employee/labor relations, and implementing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). She also spent more than 17 years in higher education as a Director of Human Resources and Adjunct Professor. JBM is an Author of "76 Feathers" and many articles and blog posts, as writing is a hobby.  Through such writing, JBM is committed to keep businesses up on the "hot topics" in HR as well as providing inspiration and support to others as that is a passion provided through such writing.

JBM has been a full time HR & Organizational Development Consultant since 2007 as JBM HR Consulting, Inc also offering online solution services at "HRWebsource.com".

JBM is recognized by NYS as a Woman Owned Business and is fully certified accordingly.

Jeannine’s expertise has been recognized through a variety of awards, including the receipt of the “HR Excellence Award” from the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association (local SHRM). JBM consulting also contributed to a major institution being named among the top three “Best Places to Work” in Western New York.

In addition to her many business duties, Jeannine is actively involved in her community, serving on a variety of committees and boards and in various volunteer roles. JBM has a particular passion for helping the poor and so volunteer work and financial support is a priority for such organizations who do God's work.
